Rock icon Dave Edmunds’ wife, Cici Edmunds, took to social media on Friday to provide an update on her husband’s incredible recovery following a recent catastrophic heart crisis in which he passed dying in her arms.
He was brought back by doctors, and Cici has since said that he may make a full recovery. That recovery may have taken a significant turn on Friday.
CiCici Edmunds posted on Facebook that his procedure/operation yesterday went incredibly well.In the unlikely event that he experiences another cardiac arrest or any other problems with his heart rhythm, it will be helpful. It supports him and keeps him from being so impacted by it. A shock wave and defibrillator in case they are required.
She stated that she was quite happy that he had these devices installed. Considering what he has been through, he is recuperating rather nicely.
Doctors might allow him to visit his family, and if all goes well, he might be able to return there on a regular basis, she continued.

However, he was miraculously saved by an amazing medical team at the hospital who revived him and intubated him.

He has also made several jokes, etc. And he seems to have a talent for trying to remember things! There are no words to express how relieved I am. He still has a long way to go before becoming better. We have a long way to go before we recover. However, there is now hope. And in the future, I hope and pray that my amazing, humorous, and talented husband Dave will be rocking the house. God bless him.
Cici expressed gratitude to the ICU personnel, fans, and her nurse who saved Edmunds during his home cardiac arrest.
“After being dead in my arms for 20 seconds to several minutes, it’s really a miracle that Dave is still here with us,” she said. He is still alive and getting well.
