Country music legend’s son rips Jason Aldean again: ‘This dude’s 48′

Published On:

Jason Aldean has been upset about Trace Cyrus’s habit of staying up late and uploading videos to his Instagram stories almost every night this week.

Naturally, there’s a good chance that Aldean is unaware that Billy Ray Cyrus’ song “Cyrus” has been disparaging him in his late-night tirades, but he has, and it hasn’t always been kind.

In a way, he has also gone everywhere.

For example, on Tuesday night, Cyrus offered to help Aldean write better songs and apologized to him. On Wednesday, however, he reappeared to attack the artist, then retreated, demanding an apology from Aldean’s supporters before asserting that he had no animosity toward the country music icon.

The ride was crazy.

Fans of Jason Aldean are upset with me because I don’t like his song “Small Town,” and he responded, “Guys, I’m trying to be a better person.”However, social media is ultimately a game, and since many of you don’t watch all of my tales, I’m just going to be fully honest.

Cyrus went on to accuse Aldean of posting his videos to infuriate people.

Is the song something I detest? “I said.” Indeed. Did the world need to hear it? Most likely not. However, I was aware that it would anger people. While I was doing it, I was being honest, and I do believe I can actually help Jason Aldean make songs that are much, much better.

In another video, he changed gears once again.

Cyrus added, “And here’s the thing, too.” The (crap) song was probably not even written by him. Although I didn’t check the credits, I am aware that every (expletive) body in Nashville need ten or more individuals to collaborate on a song. I have to research it, but I don’t even feel like I’m making fun of him. I simply presume that I’m offending the ten to fifteen people that wrote that song together.

He changed direction again.

If Johnny Cash were to return from the dead tonight and we sat him down and played Welcome To A Small Town and then On The Run, I can assure you that it would be quite obvious which song he (expletive) was playing because it is real. That (crap) was written from the bottom of my heart. I know (crap) that Aldean couldn’t have written the song on his own, so I don’t even need to look it up. This man is 48 years of age. Guys, this is what irritates me. You still don’t know how to make a nice song, buddy, even though this person is more than ten years older than me? For real, this is some (crap) buddy. As you get older, you should be getting better. It is exactly that. Indeed, I haven’t always created the greatest songs, but I’ve finally figured it out, and they’re just getting better now.

In another video, he changed gears once again.

“I did some research,” Cyrus added. Indeed, the (expletive) song was not written by Aldean. There were four authors. Writing that (crap) song took four people. He was not among them. I haven’t insulted him, then. Since I’ve never mentioned Jason Aldean’s vocals or anything like, I expect an apology from everyone of his supporters. I was referring to the song, and he wasn’t involved in its composition. When I wake up in the morning, I anticipate an apology! Good night!

After that, Cyrus shared another video in which he declared that he had no animosity toward Jason Aldean.

He added, “I would buy the guy a beer if I ever saw him.” I would buy him a beer even though I’m sober.

All of this began earlier in the week when Cyrus heard Aldean’s contentious hit from the previous year, “Try That In A Small Town,” on the radio. He then posted a number of videos in which he criticized the song and argued for more airtime for his song, “On the Run.”

Then, on Tuesday, he came back to apologize before the videos on Wednesday.

Regarding the criticism, Aldean has remained silent.
