According to the county district attorney’s office, a former Lancaster County police officer was found guilty this week of raping and sexually abusing three girls approximately thirty years ago while he was not on duty.
Up until 2000, Lancaster resident Andrew S. Selby, 55, served as an officer for the city for six years. Three girls, ages twelve, sixteen, and another, were allegedly sexually molested by him throughout that period, according to the police.
He was tasked with looking into a rape case involving one of the victims.
