According to Pennsylvania Lottery authorities, a $1 million-winning 200X the Cash Scratch-Off has been sold in Armstrong County.
For selling the ticket, Liberated Petroleum Kittanning, located at 173 Butler Road, West Kittanning, will get a $5,000 incentive.
The top reward in the $20 game 200X the Cash is $1 million. To win a prize, players try to match their numbers to any of the winning numbers.
One year after the end-of-sale date indicated on the Pennsylvania Lottery website, scratch-off winnings expire. Winners should contact lottery officials at 800-692-7481 and sign the back of their ticket right away.
Since scratch-off tickets are given out to merchants at random, neither lottery officials nor retailers are aware of the location of the winning tickets’ sale. Only after the prize has been claimed does the lottery find out about a winning ticket.
Any prize that over $5,000 will have taxes withheld.
