However, the constitutionality of the executive order that Trump signed in January aiming to terminate birthright citizenship was not decided by the Supreme Court. The New York Times claims that the Supreme Court’s ruling effectively only made it possible for the 28 states that haven’t contested the presidential order terminating birthright citizenship.
Nevertheless, some people on social media started kicking his son’s name around as the president celebrated what he considers to be a significant victory since they appear to think that he is a recipient of birthright citizenship.

Another user on X stated that Barron Trump was born in March 2006. In 2006, Melania Trump, his mother, obtained U.S. citizenship. Ivanka Trump was born in 1981, Eric Trump in 1984, and Donald Trump Jr. in 1977. It wasn’t until 1988 that Ivana Trump obtained citizenship.
Under Trump, all citizens have the right to be born.
In actuality, the claims are not new. Since he initially began discussing abolishing birthright citizenship, Trump has been the target of criticism for this.
Additionally, the assertions are unfounded.
Because the president was and has always been a natural-born citizen, Barron Trump and his siblings are citizens of the United States.
