Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano has responded to the severe power outages that have occurred in Adams and Franklin counties this week.
A blown transformer in the Littlestown neighborhood on Sunday afternoon and a substation catching fire on Monday night caused thousands of Adams County households to lose power during this week’s heat wave.
