Country music star ‘grateful that it was not worse’ after being rushed to ER

After her recent performance in Butler, Ohio, Carly Pearce told her audience that she had to ride in an ambulance to the hospital.

After Pearce’s performance at The VOA Country Music Festival on August 7, the incident occurred. The 35-year-old country music artist disclosed that she attempted to open a bottle of ranch dressing and sliced her thumb.

On Saturday, she posted information on TikTok about what transpired and how she ended up in the hospital.

I mistakenly believed that ketchup was streaming down my hand, but Pearce explained that it was actually blood. We therefore made the decision to have them simply inspect it to determine whether it required cleaning or if there was any glass within. Additionally, they informed me that I required several stitches.

On the footage, Pearce stated that the paramedics believed her wound to be fairly deep.

I was unaware that the patient would be transported to the emergency room in an ambulance, and according to Pearce, it is standard procedure for patients to be strapped in and sit on a stretcher. I do require a few stitches, they say after doing an X-ray to make sure there is no glass within.

The singer acknowledged that the situation is not enjoyable but expressed her relief that it wasn’t worse.

She said, “The stitches are exactly in the crease of my thumb.” As a result, I’m sort of learning how to do things differently than I would normally. I didn’t think I could reach my left armpit, so my helper nearly had to shave it.

According to Pearce, she uses her sliced right hand to grip her microphone.

According to her, it’s intriguing to try to accomplish everyday tasks like pulling your pants up after urinating. The story’s lesson is to be cautious while opening things and to not follow my mother’s advice, which I do like a bull in a china cabinet.
