Ghislaine Maxwell says she never saw Trump ‘in any inappropriate setting’

Ghislaine Maxwell, a former colleague of Jeffrey Epstein, stated in redacted transcripts of a recent interview with the Justice Department that she never saw President Donald Trump in an unsuitable situation.

A complete Who’s Who of politicians and business executives can be found in the audio and transcript of Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche’s two-day interview with Maxwell. The former socialite expressed the belief that the disgraced banker did not commit suicide while incarcerated.

Maxwell claimed that neither Trump nor former President Bill Clinton had massages or other interactions with young girls in Epstein’s sphere of influence during the interview, for which she was given limited protection.

As the House Oversight Committee acquired the first set of records regarding Epstein’s sex-trafficking enterprise, the Justice Department made the material public on Friday. The Maxwell transcript was among the 34,000 pages of documents the committee claimed to have received.

Trump has benefited from Maxwell’s remarks since his administration has been under pressure to make the Epstein investigation files public following rumors that his name was included in them. Although he hasn’t given it much thought yet, Trump stated last month that he could pardon Maxwell in return for her cooperation with ongoing investigations.

In fact, Maxwell stated in the interview, “I never saw the president in any kind of massage setting.” I never once saw the president in any unsuitable situation. The president never treated anyone improperly. During my time with him, he was a gentleman in every way.

Maxwell’s evidence is noteworthy since it touches on a wide range of topics, including Epstein’s sexual preferences and her conviction that he did not commit suicide while incarcerated, as well as who might have had sex with minors. She did, however, minimize her involvement and expertise in Epstein’s operation. She has been accused of lying under oath, according to critics, and is not a trustworthy witness.

Maxwell was found guilty in 2021 of a number of offenses, including sex-trafficking of a juvenile, and is currently serving a 20-year jail sentence for her involvement in Epstein’s sexual abuse of minors. She was placed to a Florida facility and transferred to a minimum-security prison camp in Texas shortly after her interview with Blanche.

In 2008, Epstein entered a guilty plea to charges in Florida, including obtaining juveniles to participate in prostitution. In 2019, while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking allegations involving minors, he was discovered dead in his Manhattan jail cell. It was determined that he killed himself.

During the conversation, Maxwell criticized Epstein’s cause of death.

“I don’t think he committed suicide,” she replied.

Why would someone kill him in prison if you don’t think that the claims of blackmail are true, that he had a sort of list, or that he had motives to make others hate him? Blanche inquired.

“They will either kill you in prison, where I am, or they will pay someone to kill you for $25 in commissary,” Maxwell stated. That is around the current market rate for a lock hit.

Maxwell added that she doesn’t think Clinton ever visited Epstein’s private island or got a massage related to his operation. She claimed that Clinton and Epstein traveled together aboard Epstein’s aircraft.

They therefore spent time together on the aircraft, and Maxwell stated, “I don’t think there was ever a massage on the plane.” Therefore, I believe that President Clinton could only have gotten a massage at that particular moment. And since I was present, he didn’t.
