On Sunday, Cici Edmunds made her social media comeback with yet another amazing post about her husband, rock icon Dave Edmunds.
She commented, “Excellent news about my beloved husband Dave Edmunds of 40 years.” On a hospital home visit, he was permitted to return home. Following a lengthy month-long hospitalization, he suffered a severe heart arrest and tragically passed away in my arms. As all of you good-hearted people are aware, a miracle and an incredible medical team brought him back to life. My nurse and I.
Fantastic news, everybody! She went on to say. He performed so well during the home visit that, if my nurses take care of us both, he is permitted to remain here at home. Yes! I am very relieved and grateful to everyone who has left such beautiful posts of prayers and support. With all of my heart, thank you.
She pledged to keep followers informed going forward.
“It looks good,” she continued. He’s walking small distances and making jokes. Very brief. However, one must begin somewhere. He’s doing fantastic! I’m hoping he’ll be rocking and rolling soon. I’m always sending love and light your way.
She gave another positive report a week or so prior to this update.
Yesterday, she posted on Facebook that his operation/procedure went incredibly well. In the unlikely event that he experiences another cardiac arrest or any other problems with his heart rhythm, it will be helpful. It supports him and keeps him from being so impacted by it. A shock wave and defibrillator in case they are required.
She stated that she was quite happy that he had these devices installed. Considering what he has been through, he is recuperating rather nicely.
She then revealed the startling information that experts think her spouse can fully recover.
She stated, “I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has so generously left so many beautiful posts of support and have touched my heart with your love and support through this heartbreaking complicated time.” As I previously mentioned, my husband Dave Edmunds, who was over 40 years old, suffered a severe cardiac arrest and died in my arms. However, he was miraculously saved by an amazing medical team at the hospital who revived him and intubated him.
Then she announced that she had some wonderful news to share.
Edmunds, Dave “My dear husband is recovering well,” she added.It appears to be favorable. Yes! He can now breathe on his own. He recalls me. Figure it out. Ha, ha. He has also made several jokes, etc. And he seems to have a talent for trying to remember things! There are no words to express how relieved I am. He still has a long way to go before becoming better. We have a long way to go before we recover. However, there is now hope. And in the future, I hope and pray that my amazing, humorous, and talented husband Dave will be rocking the house. God bless him.
Cici expressed gratitude to the ICU personnel, fans, and her nurse who saved Edmunds during his home cardiac arrest.
“After being dead in my arms for 20 seconds to several minutes, it’s really a miracle that Dave is still here with us,” she said. He is still alive and getting well.
