According to a news release issued on Thursday, Moon Dancer Winery submitted a request for reargument to the Pennsylvania Superior Court last week.
Because the court misunderstood or misinterpreted the grounds in the case, the winery asked in its June 18 filing that it be given the opportunity to reexamine the decision and permit it to continue operating.
