Transcripts of Ghislaine Maxwell and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche’s interrogation of Jeffrey Epstein have been made public by the U.S. Justice Department.
Maxwell is incarcerated for 20 years after being found guilty of assisting Epstein in the recruitment, grooming, and abuse of minors. She just traveled to Tallahassee, Florida, for a two-day interview with Blanche.
Maxwell maintained throughout the conversation that she never saw President Trump act inappropriately toward Epstein.
Maxwell Defends Trump
According to Maxwell, “I never saw the President in any kind of massage setting.” I never once saw the President in any unsuitable situation. The President never treated anyone improperly. During my time with him, he was a gentleman in every way.
Blanche inquired further: Have you ever heard Mr. Epstein or anyone else claim that President Trump had acted improperly against masseuses or anyone else in your life?
Maxwell never, ever answered in any situation.
Maxwell claims that her father introduced her to Trump in the 1990s. She praised him for his remarkable accomplishment in becoming President and said he was always extremely friendly and courteous to me.
She added, “And I like him, and I have always liked him.” That, then, is the essence of my relationship with him.
Epstein Investigation Criticism
The Trump administration was under fire for how it handled the Epstein investigation at the time of the interview. The Justice Department and FBI stated on July 7 that no more information regarding the Epstein *** trafficking investigation would be made public. Both party lawmakers criticized the ruling and demanded more openness.
Maxwell Denies $30 Million Payout
Blanche questioned Maxwell on allegations that Epstein paid her $30 million for enlisting young ladies on the second day of the interrogation.
Maxwell denied the accusation, claiming the money was connected to Epstein-financed business ventures.
Blanche inquired as to whether she had earned $30 million in compensation for bringing in young ladies between 1999 and 2007.
“That is absolutely untrue,” Maxwell stated.
According to her, Epstein had given me all the money I needed to accomplish this, and I received the profits—which I can’t recall now because we disagreed on the transactions we made—by giving him either 25% or 50% of the deals.
Additionally, Maxwell denied ever recruiting ladies on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
