Husband killed, wife badly injured in central Pa. crash involving motorcycle and car

Williamsport According to police, the investigation into potential charges in a Sunday afternoon collision in Lycoming County that killed a three-wheel motorcycle operator and critically injured his wife is still ongoing.

When the crash happened on Lycoming Creek Road, north of Williamsport, at approximately 2:40 p.m., Benjamin Isbell, 75, of Cogan Station, and his wife Billie Jo, 57, were not wearing helmets, according to Lycoming Regional Police.
