Apparently one of the ancestral tenets does not involve going after Joe Rogan, because the “Liver King” just got in a whole lot of trouble after police claim he did just that.
The social media influencer, who rose to fame showing off his chiseled frame and eating raw meat, was arrested by Austin Police and charged making a terroristic threat. Police said they arrested “Live King,” whose real name is Brian Johnson, at the Four Seasons Hotel. They said they believe he was traveling to Austin, where Rogan lives, after posting a series of threatening messages about Rogan on Instagram.
“Joe Rogan, I’m calling you out, my name’s Liver King,” he reportedly said in one of the videos. “I’m picking a fight with you. I have no training in jiu-jitsu, you’re a black belt, you should dismantle me. But I’m picking a fight with you. Your rules. I’ll come to you whenever you’re ready.
He reportedly again challenged Rogan to a “man to man” fight in another video.
“You never come across something like this, willing to die, hoping that you’ll choke me out because that’s the dream come true,” he said.
Police said they contacted Rogan on Tuesday, and he told them he has never interacted with Johnson and considered the posts to be a threat,

Police then arrested Johson.
Rogan ridiculed Johnson’s claims that he got his physique through eating raw meat and by following his “ancestral tenets.” Instead, he claimed that Johnson was on steroids. Johnson denied those claims, but he then reportedly admitted that he lied about using the drugs in late 2022.
