Pa. lawmakers, business groups urge congressional delegation to protect nuclear tax credits

Legislators and business executives from Pennsylvania are urging the congressional delegation to support nuclear energy tax credits.

In a letter to Pennsylvania’s U.S. House and Senate members, the leaders of the legislature’s bicameral and nonpartisan Nuclear Energy Caucus urged them to preserve the clean electricity investment tax credit, the technology-neutral clean energy tax credit, and the nuclear production tax credit.
