As the U.S. Senate gets ready to release its version of President Trump’s budget blueprint in the coming days, Pennsylvania Democrats are organizing to try to halt federal funding cuts.
On Tuesday, the Stop the Billionaire Giveaway national bus tour made its way to the Capitol to urge Republicans in Congress, particularly Senator Dave McCormick and Representative Scott Perry, to oppose the federal budget bill’s planned tax incentives for the affluent and cuts to funding for services like Medicaid.
