This week, a Missouri couple brought their newborn girl into the world and named her after two of the most well-known figures in pop culture: Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs and Taylor Swift.
A tribute to the chart-topping artist and her Super Bowl-winning lover, the baby was called Kelce Taylor and was born at Liberty Hospital just outside of Kansas City. She is the newest member of the Kansas City Chiefs Red Kingdom and the youngest Swiftie, the hospital announced on social media on Friday.
An accompanying picture shows baby Kelce lying on a red Kelce jersey, with a yellow bow, and snuggled up under a warm blanket. Behind her, her name is boldly displayed on a whimsical display board with a cartoon-style Swift wearing cowboy boots.
The hospital used Swift’s current Eras Tour branding as a caption for the photo, stating that Kelce Taylor is officially in her newborn era.
The name has already left an impression, according to hospital staff. According to our nurses, infant Kelce adores her unique moniker, the statement continued.
Since 2023, the 35-year-olds Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dating. Fans have been enthralled by the couple’s bond, which has crossover appeal in both the pop and NFL worlds. Swift has been spotted supporting Kelce from the stands on multiple occasions, including during the 2025 AFC Championship Game when the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills.
